A blog is a website maintained by an individual or group of people. With it, users makes regular entries that offer commentaries pertaining to various subjects. Some individuals report about the news, while others write about significant experiences, opinions of products and services, businesses, or places visited. A blog is essentially an electronic diary or journal that is intended to be published on the web for the world to see. Postings on a blog are almost always arranged in chronological order with the most recent additions featured most prominently. Blogs are a fluid, dynamic medium, more akin to a “conversation” than to a library — which is how the Web has often been described in the past. Instead of primarily being passive consumers of information, more and more Internet users are becoming active participants. Blogs allow everyone to have a voice So that's what a blog is. But why Blog? What's the purpose or theme of this blog?
The world is in the middle of an age when technology and the Internet are playing a larger role in all of our lives. JRS seeks to taking advantage of the many services available on the web is an important step towards modernizing more traditional methods of customer service, and ministry opportunities. It is often all that is required to push motivation and momentum to the next level Great question. Normally a blog will feature and spotlight current (and past) developments of how different people are using online technologies for various purposes. Many churches and ministries are using the internet to communicate better with their members, attenders, and visitors.. and how ministries are serving their local community. It allows ministries to enhancing their community life and relationships; to share stories of where prayers have been mobilized; and examples of God's Word being presented more creatively. Blogs can contain interviews with individuals who are charting new territories.. discussions with key leaders (did you know there are growing numbers of churches and ministries with staff in charge of developing its use of technology?).. Blogs also allow the 'Blogger' and 'you' to encounter other readers of this blog throughout our communities; to bring all aspects and people of our great community together and allow them to share their faith, hopes and prayers; and even a few other creative possibilities using the internet as a 'relationship builder'. Also, and more importantly is that people today are desperately seeking answers! Searching for answers is one of the top 3 main reasons why people use the Internet. People use the search engines to find the answers to their most pressing questions, problems and needs. This gives JRS Custom Fabrication, a fantastic opportunity, by making sure that our Ministries Blog contains the opportunity to help you find the answers you are seeking. This is a fundamental point. The value of a blog is not decided by its author (JRS Custom Fabrication) but by its readers (YOU). |
